What is your return policy?

Please e-mail for prior approval  before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected.

No refunds, credits or exchanges after thirty days. Any item may be returned unopened and unused for any reason within thirty days.

Where do you ship?

We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.
